Introduction
This heat exchanger is used when there is an existing closed geothermal loop at the site. Tt allows heat rejection into ground loop so heat can be stored and used at a later time to produce hot water (for space, DHW or swimming pool heating). To do this, a refrigerant to water heat exchanger (and a water/antifreeze circulation pump) can be connected in place of the air cooled condenser. Suitable heat exchangers are available for each PC unit Model.
Coaxial coils from Manufacturer are not supplied in a cabinet, and should be affixed to a vertical surface using an attached mounting bar.
