Shipping policy

Our prices can be seen in multiple currencies (USD, CAD, GBP, etc...) However checkout is in Canadian Dollars only (Applicable exchange rate will be applied at the time of order). Duty tariffs (if any) are included in our prices for Canadian customers only.

For US and other countries customers, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All  customs fees (such as duty, charges on duty, clearing, etc....) incurred after shipping are the responsibility of US customers.
Due to recent tariffs modifications between US and Canada, we recommend to our US customers to verify applicable customs tariffs rates (if any) and imports regulation changes.

US Customers shall provide us with their Tax ID and their Customs Clearing Agent. Aqua Solanor Inc (Owner of Hydrosolar.ca) can do customs clearing on behalf on its US customers where will be charged after shipment delivery.

We ship to everywhere in Canada. Customer will have the option to choose shipping speed (basic, same day, etc...) and carrier (we deal with UPS, Purolator, FEDEX, etc...).

Automatically calculated shipping is valid for orders weighing 68 Kg (150 Lb) and below, for heavier orders weight and price based shipping formulas apply.

Automatically calculated shipping is now available for the US. For International customers from Mexico, Caribbean Islands and other countries, please contact our sales team at orders@hydrosolar.ca for shipping cost calculation.

Hydro Solar Solutions (Owned by Aqua Solanor Inc) reserves the right to choose the best shipping provider for your order based on delivery delays, quality of service and availability after preparing your order. Shipping cost booked at the time of placing your order might not be available at the time of pick-up.
