Charges Schedule
Free preliminary design is only offered to customers who buy from us. Free Customer support as detailed above is for B2C customers who pay published materials prices. Time exceeding the above detailed limit will be charged at hourly rate. B2B customers (such as contrators, developpers, resellers, dealers, etc...), who buy at discounted prices, are elligible for one free four hours training session per type of product. Once trained, technical support will be charged at hourly rate,as detailed in the below schedule:

Notes
- Hourly Rates do not apply for the free services portion (as explained above).
- Technical Suport or training at customer's premises which involves travel are billed daily (minimum 1 day = 8 hours). Travel Expenses, accomodation, food and local transportation are not included in the hourly rates and will be billed at extra cost before travel.
- Technical Suport or training at customer's premises which does not involved travel, but involve driving to customer's place, are billed by multiples of a half day (minimum 1/2 day = 4 hours). Driving Expenses, accomodation (if needed) and food are not included in the hourly rate and will be billed at extra cost before going to customer's place.
- Our technical support is limited to the products we sell. Prerequisites necessary for the proper opeation of a hydronic system (such as pressure testing, purging, chemical treatement, chemical flushing, etc... of hydronic system) are the customer's responsibility and should be done before starting up or commissioning our products.
